The superior queen room was very small, and the bathroom area was cramped, also i was shocked that no complimentary welcome gift was offered despite the hefty price tag. Breakfast ended at 10 am, so we had to rush. Absoluteley disappointing overall, i almost didn't want to give a bad review, but i just couldn't ignore these issues!

Greatly enjoyed our nice rooms, plus the staff was affable. Great and particularly good location to an event we had come into town for was a plus. Also, Durango Cathedral was 2 miles away from the hotel. This place was ideal for a perfect stay, can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed for 2 nights to experience the total solar eclipse, and despite a few minor challenges, we had a great time. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a mini buffet that included fresh fruit and yogurt. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well the area handled the influx of visitors. The taxi system was reliable, and parking was easy to navigate. It was a comfortable stay for what we needed, and we appreciated the staff's helpfulness.

The place is comfy and had everything I needed. The location is fab, right by the mall. The eclipse viewing was organized so well.
And don't even get me started on the early morning door tapping-who needs that?
